Tony Garland is a retired RAF officer who by training is an engineer, airspace management consultant and international business development executive with over 40 years of experience in the military and international environments.

His experience in the renewable energy market place dates from 1995.  He has vast knowledge of military and civilian practices in:

  • Air Traffic Control procedures and regulatory matters
  • Radar
  • Low flying and military ranges
  • Fixed and rotor airframes
  • Electronic warfare
  • RAF operational and training commitments
  • Airfield/Airport standard operating procedures
  • Lobbying and Negotiation in both Political and Industrial arenas

Stephen McQueenie is a retired Army Officer with 20 years experience leaving the military in 2003.  His final position included responsibility for all UK Land training areas and wind farm objections.  He has a 5 years business development and consultancy experience working in the defence and government arenas. 

Within the renewables sector he is the subject matter expert for:

  • Key stakeholder management
  • Parachuting/Drop zones
  • Security
  • Met office and associated environmental issues
  • MoD land usage and training
  • Low flying
  • Electronic warfare
  • Future developments in training

Stuart Hulley retired as an RAF officer in 2004 having spent 20 years as a Tornado navigator and Staff Officer including management of the Electronic Warfare Tactics Range, RAF Spadeadam, and considerable operational experience. Educated to masters degree level with an MBA majoring in strategy and innovation and now has 4 years experience of business development in major blue-chip companies.
